1972

Well it seems that this post was deleted, so I'm re-posting it.

A couple weeks ago (maybe not even a couple...I honestly can't keep track of time, so we'll just say ithat it was a couple weeks) my mother and I were digging through old boxes in her closet looking for her old clutch so I could use it for prom. Well in the process we also found her white eyelet prom dress from 1972, which happens to fit me almost perfectly, as you can (kind of) see in the above pictures.

Also, I have to mention that I just started reading the book Ocean Sea by Alessandro Baricco. I heard of it from Thumbelina (who has the absolute cutest and most fairytale-like blog ever), and couldn't resist reading it myself. So I bought myself a copy, and I have fallen in love. I'm not done with it yet, but Baricco has such a unique way with manipulating and describing things without acutally describing them physically. So I would definitely recommend that you read it as well. :)
